All of our knotted headbands fit children and adults. We have two sizes to select from, a regular (1 inch on the widest part of the headband) and a slim (.5 -.8 inches on the widest part of the headband). Slim just means a smaller knot and less fabric.
Our headbands are very flexible and can be stretched or tightened to fit anyone. We aim to make sure you can wear your headband all day with no headbands and look fabulous. These Headbands are made to grip to your hair and will not slip off.
